This is an old sketch, but I guess it deserves to be posted all the same.
I went through a phase of designing fantasy pets for bored wizards to keep themselves entertained, and I creating personality traits for each.
Gobleaks are generally sulky, needy depressive characters, perfect for someone who likes to nurture and mother pitiful creatures. But because their master will become their only source of joy, they become fiercly protective over them.
boy... talk about timing... I like the description too... his anatomy is a bit awkard... mostly on the lower part, but the upper body and head look cool... wonder what other personalities will get...
